"I almost always paint on scrap wood. I like the texture of wood more than paper or canvas. I like how each board is different. My EXTREMELY HIGH-TECH process is to smear the paint around with my hands and carve into the wood with a cheap, bent-up potato peeler. I also use brushes, rags and my fingers."

This is our 2nd Craftopia event and we are so excited! Over 65 sensational vendors, yummy food and DJ Seth, our official super star Craftopia DJ, will be joining us yet again. We hope you all can make it!

To keep the excitement going, we will be posting profiles for all of our vendors over the next 2 months leading up to the big show!

Craftopia: the Holiday Edition

Please allow us to whisk you from your fragrant gardens and spring shows to announce Craftopia: the Holiday Edition.

When: Sunday November 14, 2010
Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Place: Hope Artiste Village, 1005 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI

We will be encouraging customers to shop early! Aside from Xmas and Chanukah gifts, it'll be the perfect time to pick up something for the Thanksgiving Host.

The application is posted here and the application period runs through August {but we'd love to start receiving them as soon as possible}.
